Rafael Puig is Manager of Power Systems R&D at Terma, where he leads the technical strategy and engineering development of power testing solutions, including the Terma Battery Cell Tester. He builds and scales engineering organizations that deliver mission critical power systems for energy applications, currently leading a 17+ person team across Austria and Romania. With over 10 years leading hardware, software, and testing programs, he operates at the intersection of R&D, product strategy, and business execution, bringing new products from concept to market.
