Ph.D in Naval Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid she has carried out her professional activity since the beginning at BV, where she has carried out different tasks within the plan approval office, among others stability, machinery, electricity and safety reviews. In 2006, she was promoted to head of the machinery, safety and electricity department, as well as head of naval material for Spain and Portugal. Due to the importance of decarbonization in Maritime Transport, which includes the use of different alternative fuels on board of ships, a Decarbonization Department was created in 2022 in BV Spain, and she is also responsible. In addition, she lectures as an associate professor at the School of Naval Engineers in Madrid since 2008, and has also participated as a professor in the 4 calls for the Master of Military Engineering at the Escuela Tecnica de Ingenieros Navales of Madrid.
