This document is an English translation of the Chinese industry standard JTS/T 341–2026: Technical Specification for the Construction of Shore-Based Charging Facilities for Electric Ships, issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China.

The standard establishes the technical requirements for the design, construction, testing, and acceptance of public DC shore-based charging infrastructure for battery-powered vessels.
